Wijaya falou sobre seus planos de realizar novos investimentos estrat\u00e9gicos no pa\u00eds, al\u00e9m da constru\u00e7\u00e3o da nova linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o da Eldorado Celulose, j\u00e1 prevista para Mato Grosso do Sul.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Temos planos de investir 4 bilh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares em um novo projeto no Brasil de 2,5 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de celulose&#8221;, revelou Jackson Wijaya no encontro. A Paper ainda est\u00e1 estudando a melhor regi\u00e3o para o novo investimento, que vai gerar mais de 2,5 mil empregos diretos, sem falar dos indiretos que ser\u00e3o gerados durante a obra.<\/p>\n<p>No encontro, Wijaya tamb\u00e9m comentou sobre a responsabilidade socioambiental e \u00e0s iniciativas globais para a estrat\u00e9gia ESG e descarboniza\u00e7\u00e3o em cada regi\u00e3o de atua\u00e7\u00e3o. Desde a cria\u00e7\u00e3o em 2006, a Paper Excellence vem realizando recorrentes investimentos ambientais e aprimoramentos operacionais em suas instala\u00e7\u00f5es.
