Ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica (CADE), os ativos localizados em Feira de Santana e S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo dos Campos (BA) e em Pombos (PE) passaram a fazer parte da empresa, refor\u00e7ando a estrat\u00e9gia de expans\u00e3o no Brasil e marcando a entrada da companhia no mercado de tissue.<\/p>\n<p>Fundada em 2007, a OL Pap\u00e9is det\u00e9m a segunda posi\u00e7\u00e3o em market share de papel higi\u00eanico na Regi\u00e3o Nordeste, onde se concentra cerca de 1\/5 do volume do mercado nacional. As opera\u00e7\u00f5es abrangem cinco marcas de papel higi\u00eanico, outras cinco marcas de papel toalha e guardanapos, al\u00e9m de uma para fraldas.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com Eduardo M. Aron, Diretor Geral de Tissue da Bracell, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de opera\u00e7\u00f5es, tanto de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o quanto de marcas, \u00e9 um elemento-chave no plano de tissue da Bracell no pa\u00eds. \u201cA atua\u00e7\u00e3o da OL Pap\u00e9is, aliada \u00e0 nossa expertise e tecnologia, vai fortalecer nossa vis\u00e3o de desenvolver produtos cada vez melhores e competitivos para o setor de tissue\u201d, afirma. Ainda, segundo o executivo, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 alinhada com a ambi\u00e7\u00e3o da Bracell de expandir os neg\u00f3cios nesta frente.<\/p>\n<p>Com investimento de R$ 2,5 bilh\u00f5es esta \u00e9 considerada a maior opera\u00e7\u00e3o no segmento de papel tissue da Am\u00e9rica Latina.
