O PL 412\/2022 seguiu para a Comiss\u00e3o de Meio Ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>O MBRE ser\u00e1 operacionalizado em bolsas de mercadorias e futuros, bolsas de valores e entidades de balc\u00e3o organizado, autorizadas pela Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM), onde se dar\u00e1 a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de t\u00edtulos mobili\u00e1rios representativos de emiss\u00f5es de gases de efeito estufa evitadas certificadas.<\/p>\n<p>Uma emenda acatada no PL deixa expl\u00edcito que atividades agropecu\u00e1rias e florestais n\u00e3o integram o mercado regulado, sendo pass\u00edveis de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de remo\u00e7\u00f5es verificadas de emiss\u00f5es (RVE) no mercado volunt\u00e1rio.
