De acordo com conte\u00fado divulgado pela C\u00e2mara Brasileira da Ind\u00fastria da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o (CBIC) o mercado est\u00e1 em pleno crescimento em n\u00edvel mundial, acompanhando o aumento da ades\u00e3o \u00e0 agenda ESG (Environmental, Social, and corporate Governance). Relat\u00f3rio da consultoria Market Research Future (MRFR) prev\u00ea uma movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 US$ 3,6 bilh\u00f5es at\u00e9 2027. A Europa \u00e9 o principal fabricante e o maior consumidor.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

No Brasil, um projeto pioneiro do Instituto de Arquitetura e Urbanismo (IAU) da USP, em S\u00e3o Carlos, tamb\u00e9m tem a madeira como principal mat\u00e9ria-prima. O novo bloco did\u00e1tico do Instituto, que tamb\u00e9m contar\u00e1 com um novo anfiteatro, ser\u00e1 um dos primeiros pr\u00e9dios p\u00fablicos brasileiros com estrutura de madeira laminada colada \u2013 material no qual o IAU \u00e9 refer\u00eancia. \u201cTentamos fazer uma arquitetura bastante compreensiva daquilo que j\u00e1 existe e tamb\u00e9m preservar espa\u00e7os que consideramos muito importantes no IAU.
